We are proud to have been invited to discuss our research at the panel “Law and Social Justice in the Arts and Humanities: Intersections and Interdisciplinarities” organised by the University of Liverpool – School of Law and Social Justice in November 2023. The panel debated the following issues:
- How can arts/humanities methodologies and analyses help us to understand the relationship between law and social justice?
- How can law impact on arts/humanities scholarship, practice and institutions?
- How can arts/humanities methods lead to social change?
- How can legal academics work with partners from arts/humanities to disseminate our research more effectively and/or reframe dominant narratives?
